The Council of the Socialist International called on all countries to act together against ISIS 30 ноября 2015 Secretary of the Presidium of a JUST RUSSIA party Central Council on international affairs, deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on international affair Alexander Romanovich expressed satisfaction with the results of participation in A JUST RUSSIA delegation in the meeting of the Socialist International. The council of the Socialist International meeting took place on 27-28 of November, 2015 in Angola's capital Luanda. The delegation also included a member of A JUST RUSSIA party Central Council, first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on budget and taxes Alexander Tarnavsky. Alexander Romanovich stressed: – We were able to incorporate all of our theses in a final resolution of the Council of the Socialist International meeting. ISIS is recognized as a world terrorist threat. I suppose, everybody understood that the Russia Federation is one of the main pillars of security in the current situation in the Middle East. Alexander Romanovich spoke at the main session of the meeting. The session was devoted to ways of ensuring global stability, peace and security. Alexander Romanovich described A JUST RUSSIA party position the position of the Russian leadership to fight against international terrorism. The Russian representative called on to advocate the armed resistance of the Universal coalition of the States, based on the agreed and transparent actions to terror. The joint action of the states in the coalition countries should provide both mutual understanding and trust within the international coalition. A JUST Russia Faction's delegation submitted a relevant draft of the document to the secretariat of the meeting. At the request of A JUST RUSSIA party's Chairperson Sergey Mironov the delegation also gave to the Secretary General of the Soicialist International Luis Ayala a letter and a report entitled "Ukraine. Torture and crimes against humanity". This report includes documentary materials about the torture, abuse and other gross violations of the rights and freedom of the Ukraine citizens. The report of the human rights organization " A Just Protection" was prepared on the basis of real facts, witness interviews. All the torture facts from the report was based on surveys of the victims. In the letter to the Socialist International leader Sergey Mironov stressed that Socialist International always strongly and consistently advocates for democratic principal, rights and freedom of citizens in all of the countries without any exceptions. Sergey Mironov concludes: "The current Ukrainian crisis cannot leave us indifferent to the fate of hundreds of thousands of ukrainians, most of whom are civilians".
