This war was declared to the world by international terrorism created and brought up by irresponsible politicians of the USA and its allies, terrorism raised its head and went forward. Every new time terrorist acts are becoming more violent, sophisticated and prepared. This is the real massive attack on civilians with its own strategy and tactics. Terrorists from the so-called " Islamic State" do not take hostages and do not require. They just destroy people. They have created a quasi-state with its own system and with "metastasis" worldwide . As a cancer threatening the body so they threaten the whole world. In addition, Russia, which has long been opposing terrorism, the West is trying to isolate , to accuse of all mortal sins and remove from solution the most important international problems. Those who has been providing this political line should understand that their policy will fail. We can see how a clear, moral and constructive policy of the Russian President Vladimir Putin is gaining more and more supporters around the world. We believe that the ISIS's created system must be destroyed only systematically as well. So, our A JUST RUSSIA party offer: At first. To take all possible and necessary steps for practical implementation of the proposal of the Russia President Vladimir Putin about creation of a broad anti-terrorism coalition under the United Nation's aegis. The State Duma and the Council of the Federation has already adopted the appropriate statements. From one's part, A JUST RUSSIA party appeals to all social-democratic parties of the world for collective actions against ISIS and those who support it. The international terrorism must be destroyed. Second. The financial and material bases of the ISIS must be destroyed. It is necessary to clarify the places of extraction, transportation and processing of oil, controlled by the ISIS. I think, our specialists are quite capable to develop methods for computer and electronic control of accounts and money flows in that regions. Then we need to destroy the payment system supporters of terrorism. We must apply all means of influence on those who directly or indirectly provides financial support to terrorism, supplying of equipment, weapons, ammunition or simply pursuing militant's preparation in own territories. We need to fortify the military potential of the Syrian army. To do this we need to fortify military-technical cooperation with Syria, establish delivery in the country of aviation technology, combat the use of which is familiar to the Syrian pilots. It is also advisable to arrange for accelerated training of military specialists into military education institutions of the Russia Federation . We need to exclude the possibility of unimpeded migration of militants through the border states, including to attract new supporters, recruit, rest in other countries then going back to the theater of military operation. I think, we should also go the way of France and revoke the citizenship of those who sided with the ISIS. In general, we need come up with proposal to conclude a broad international agreement on this issues. Forth. It need return to educational institutions the solution of problem of education of children and youth in the spirit of patriotism, national loyalty and cultural tradition and interests. It is good that the Special decree of the President created a special children organization, but this need work seriously. The current economies of curators of student groups and teachers in schools will cost much more in the future. We need ensure that Islamic clergy has more opportunities to reach out to the Muslim citizens of the Russia Federation not only from the TV screens, but directly in Universities and schools.
