Nikolay Levichev: Islamic State terrorists must be condemned by the International Criminal Tribunal in The Hague 17 ноября 2015 The Deputy Chairman of the State Duma commented the acceptance by the State Duma of the application about creating of an International anti-terrorism coalition.: – The adoption by the State Duma of the resolution about creating of the International anti-terrorism coalition would be only the first step to the destruction of terrorism. Terrorist groups, proudly calling themselves the ISIS, must be condemned by the International Criminal Tribunal in The Hague. Also, all the associates of radicalism must be identified, because due to them the ISIS was able to create own quasi-state and support its functioning. The world community should get all the answers to several questions, which are arise for every intelligent man when he hears about the next activities of the ISIS. How is it that inside of the Iraq territory for many years controlled by the US and its allies, emerged a major threat to all the world? Why in the countries in which Washington has been exporting its democracy during the so-called Arab Spring, terrorism has found fertile ground to spread (Egypt just became one of those countries). Who buys oil from the captured militants terrorists? Who supplies them weapons and equipment? Terrorist today is not only the one who runs through the streets of peaceful cities with automatic weapons, but also anyone who supports terrorists, sitting in the quiet of the high offices. All of them must answer. It is naive to believe that the dock will be sat by the leader of the States, who used the ISIS in their own purposes. But their indirect involvement in the explosion of the Russian airplane A310 and terrorist acts in Paris should be officially recognized as an independent international adjudicatory body. The world has changed before our eyes. People are afraid to walk the streets, down in the subway, to go to stadiums and concert halls, and now they are afraid to fly on vacation because can not to come back. At the Nuremberg trial were convicted accomplices of Nazism. It is time for the world to condemn the new threat to humanity of our century. It is for disappearing of this threat once and for all.
