The meeting was participated by Alexander Romanovich, Secretary of the Presidium of the JR Party Central Council for Foreign Affairs, a deputy of the State Duma JR party faction, and Ruslan Tatarinov, Secretary of the Presidium of the JR party Central Council for the organizing and party affairs, the head of the JR Headquarters (HQ). Jean-Maurice Rupert thanked Sergei Mironov for the reception. According to him, the historical ties between Russia and France surpass the temporary difficulties determined by the situation in the foreign policy. Speaking about the situation in Ukraine, he stressed that overcoming a crisis has always been a complicated process, but at the same time, he expressed hope for an early solution of the current problems and a successful cooperation between the Normand Four" countries in this direction. "France believes in the future of Russia, and in the future of cooperation between the two countries," he declared. Sergei Mironov (in his turn) told Jean-Maurice Rupert about the Program of the JR Party and criticized the current policy of the RF Government. Regarding this, he emphasized that Party A JUST RUSSIA supports the foreign policy of the RF President. The Parties discussed various aspects of domestic and foreign policy, and expressed their hope for further development and strengthening of the relations between Russia and France.
