Victor Shudegov: Soon the whole civilized world will realize that there is a fratricidal war on in Ukraine 30 мая 2014 Victor Shudegov, a deputy of the A JUST RUSSIA Duma faction and Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Education made comments on the incoming Ukrainian President Piotr Poroshenko’s appeal for the US military aid. According to the parliamentarian, the USA will not so easy agree to start military cooperation with Ukraine and strengthen the Ukrainian army with its militants: "The USA would rather assist Ukraine with military equipment, including shipment of modern weaponry, night vision aids etc., and even then the United States Congress shall authorize it because the money will be taken out of the American taxpayers’ pockets." The deputy said Russia must openly condemn any display of military cooperation between Ukraine and the USA at any level: at the UN Security Council and at all other international institutions. Victor Shudegov emphasized that it is necessary to call all countries worldwide to refrain from delivery of weapons to Ukraine. Under no pretext should arms be supplied to the country where the most serious conflict arose. It is absolutely unacceptable. "Poroshenko’s openly unfriendly towards Russia declarations are in compliance with the anti-Russian rhetoric of the western countries," emphasized the deputy. "Yet more is he characterized by his unwillingness to stop the reprisal raid in the south-east of Ukraine which is followed by sufferings and deaths of ordinary people who come under fire of the Ukrainian militaries. Just remember how some time ago the Maidan representatives insisted on non-interference of the internal troops in the protest actions in the center of Kiev. At present all of them justify the cruelest use of force in the eastern regions and turn a blind eye to deaths of civilians. Isn’t it the most revealing and cynical manifestation of the policy of double standards?" According to the parliamentarian, very soon the whole civilized world will realize that there is a fratricidal civil war on which was unleashed by the representatives of the current Kiev authorities, with the support of the USA and its allies "I’m sure, the time will pass and the main part of the population of Ukraine will demand that such people as Turchinov, Yatsenuk and Poroshenko stand before an international trial for arrangement of genocide against their own people. The international justice will have its say on it," said Victor Shudegov.
