Sergei Mironov: an airstrike on Lugansk is an attack against their own people 03 июня 2014 Sergei Mironov, the Chairman of Party A JUST RUSSIA and the leader of the State Duma party faction spoke out about bombardment of an administrative building in Lugansk city. –Bombardment of the Lugansk administrative building by the Ukrainian Air Force led to useless loss of civilians’ lives. The people who died are not the first victims of the crimes Kiev has been committing against its own people. Using aviation against the civilians of its own country, Kiev confirms the fact that it does not tend to look for the peaceful ways to resolve the situation. Just on the contrary, it gives preference to the use of force which is associated with escalation of violence and deterioration of the current situation. Political Party A JUST RUSSIA looks upon the air attack on Lugansk as the crime committed by the Kiev authorities against the people of Ukraine. We demand that an independent investigation of that crime be conducted and anyone guilty for that massacre be brought to a fair trial. If the international community does not react to this flagrant act of inhumanity, crimes against the people of Ukraine will not stop, and Ukraine is sure to face a national disaster.
