Sergei Mironov’s visit to Sevastopol 09 мая 2014 Sergei Mironov, Chairman of Party A JUST RUSSIA and the leader of the State Duma faction of A JUST RUSSIA paid a working visit to the Hero City of Sevastopol on May 09. The politician was met at the airport of Simferopol by State Duma deputy Mikhail Bryachak who is also Chairman of the Council of the A JUST RUSSIA regional division in the city of Sevastopol and another State Duma deputy Alexander Terentyev, Chairman of the Council of the party regional division in the Republic of Crimea. Sergei Mironov laid flowers at the Memorial to the Heroic Defense of Sevastopol 1941-1942 and watched a big military parade from the podium on Nakhimov Square in the city center. In his brief interview for the journalists, Mr. Mironov congratulated the veterans on the Victory Day and expressed his delight that Sevastopol was celebrating that Day being a Russian city. He also wished Sevastopol prosperity. Sergei Mironov also had a meeting with the veterans on the territory of the sports club of the Black Sea Fleet. There were arranged field kitchens there and prepared a concert program.
